The ideal candidate should have academic and professional knowledge of development sector in India. The ideal candidate should be a graduate from top social work colleges in India. A fresher or someone with 0-2 years of experience is preferred. They should excel in writing, developing SoPs, grant management, be skilled at building relationships with diverse groups, and possess extensive knowledge of non-profit work, particularly at the grassroots level. Strong communication, report writing skills, teamwork, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
